MEET THE TEAM
Tim Johnson
Chief Executive Officer
MBA, M Com, Grad Dip Land Economics, GAICD
Tim Johnson is an experienced C-level executive who has spent his career working on major projects for property owners to help them make the most of their investments.
Over the past 30 years, he has developed and managed high rise commercial buildings and business parks, planned or developed over 1,500 BTR apartments as well as over 2,500 Student Accommodation beds for build to own investment on behalf of Investors. In previous roles he has been the head of property investment and development for public and private institutions as well as the CEO of an unlisted Public Company.
Remy Goodrich
Development Manager
Remy is a Development Manager with a Background in Development and Finance. He has previously worked in the acquisition and development of retirement investments. Prior to this he has been an Analyst and Property Manager.
Remy is working with the team on acquisitions, the delivery elements of new projects and assisting with design, marketing and documentation.
Tim Moat
Operations Manager
Tim is our Operations Manager, with a background in Business Development. Tim is responsible for the contract administration and accounting within the business, and for our projects.
Tim ensures that all work is within the budget, approved and client reporting is completed each month.
Jess Johnson
Jess is a junior Development Manager working on development marketing, commissioning and design development. She has previously worked for Centuria Funds Management and PWC.
Jess is working with the team on research and design elements of projects and assisting with corporate marketing and project documentation.
