We only work with groups that have a similar vision. They might be existing land-owners, institutional investors, private investors, funds or managers.
The team first came together around 2003 when the Australian National University was developing the land between the campus and the Canberra CBD.
The precinct was developed over 10 years and contains over 2,000 student accommodation beds, great community spaces as well as significant commercial investments including 121 Marcus Clarke Street.
Subsequently we have been involved in developing major precints in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane, always with a view to long term investment that has shown steady growth.
Many of the team have been integral in developing the current generation of student accommodation owned by major universities in Sydney and in Canberra.
We have also formally and informally advised numerous other Universities about their student accommodation. In previous roles we have also developed residential apartments, city offices and large estates.
In the past we have led two significant step changes in Student Accommodation; at the inception and delivery for the ANU (which was one of the first of the new student accommodation) as well as the University of Sydney program that introduced new models of affordable accommodation for students via the Queen Mary Building and the Abercrombie Student Accommodation.
